Tisztelt Tanya társak !
Segítséget kérnék egy smd ic beazonosításában. A kérdéses alkatrész Philips projektor tápban leledzik.
A feliratok: 5502M, 1H09N28. 16 lábú. W20NM60 Mosfet- et hajt. Ha lehetne kéne egy rajz is az ic perifériájáról.

Egyik rokon megtalált egy kínai garázskapu motor elektronikájával, amiben fel van robbanva néhány SMD alkatrész, és persze nem lehet elolvasni, mi is lehetett. Ez a pár SMD vacak egy FET-et hajt, ami a motort hergeli.
Sajnos még típusa sincs a motornak, nem hogy gyártója.. Mellékelek néhány képet, hátha valaki felismeri, vagy ilyen lóg a feje felett. és meg tudná nézni nekem az alkatrészek típusát...

I have this component (you can see from the photo what has happened... the leg is broken off and the pad also) so I need another component. But I cannot find ANYTHING on the whole internet that identifies this. The marking is WZE horizontally along the component, and the number 26 at the end vertically. Has anyone got any idea what this might be? Thanks, Mart.

A fent említett dióda helyettesítését szeretném megtudni, mert nem találtam róla semmi infót. SM10 83A ennyi van ráírva, kicsit nagyobb darabb Kb: 7*8mm, ha valaki tudna segíteni, nagyon megköszönném.
